Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return:

- If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Scenarios for Returns:
- Canceling an Order: Contact us immediately. Refunds are processed if the order hasn’t shipped. If shipped, return it upon receipt.
- Damaged on Arrival: Notify us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Product: Contact us immediately for the correct item or a refund.
- Change of Mind: Return within 30 days if eligibility criteria are met.
- Exchanges: Follow the return process, then place a new order for the desired item.
Warranty Returns
All products come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship (not misuse or wear and tear).
- Warranty Claims: If your product becomes defective after the initial 30-day return period, contact us for a replacement or refund (if no replacement is available).

Refund Policy
