Yes, free shipping is available for all the orders from United States and Europe. 

Delivery to Europe and the United States takes 3–5 days via DHL Parcel, UPS Standard, UPS Express, or UPS Ground, with actual times varying by location and unforeseen delays. 

• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
